In short

Lighter works without an account and without sending anything anywhere. Your settings, history and health data stay on your devices. We have no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

Who we are

Lighter is made by Lumaria Labs (Jennifer Wiklund, enskild firma), Gothenburg, Sweden, which is responsible for the data described here. Contact: lumarialabs@gmail.com.

Health data

If you choose to share data with Apple Health or Health Connect, Lighter reads your heart rate, resting heart rate and heart rate variability to show them next to your sessions, and saves each session as Mindful Minutes.

This data is read and shown on your devices only. It is never sent to us or anyone else, and never used for advertising.

Your session history (patterns, minutes, heart rate during sessions) is kept on your phone. You can delete it in Settings.

If you buy Lighter Plus

Payment is handled by Apple or Google. We never see your card details.

We use RevenueCat to check which purchases belong to you. RevenueCat receives an anonymous ID and your purchase history from the store. RevenueCat is based in the United States; the transfer is covered by the EU standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask what we store about you, have it corrected or deleted, or complain to the Swedish data protection authority (IMY). Write to us at the address above.

Children

Lighter is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
